We offer a 4-day retreat focused on classroom sessions and activities directed by professionals in the mental health field alongside law enforcement officers who are trained with a unique focus on first responder wellness. 

A curriculum of topics specifically designed with law enforcement at the center with a recognition that the internal and external pressures of this profession will impact in long term ways that are often left unaddressed or are combated in destructive ways.
